How I can know if I need permission to paint the original versions of the characters familiar to children?
I want to paint pictures children's original characters using the characters from Scooby Doo, Dora, and Disney, but do not know if I have to get permission to use the copyright holders
Only if you want to publicly display, or use them to make money in any case that is outside the "personal use" category. If only for his own amusement, go ahead.
