Hm. You have read a lot! But I will try to help. Most of these are my personal favorites <3.
Pretear
This is a really short series (I believe it was only made into 4 or 5 books), but GOODNESS is it good. If you like love triangles, this one is a good pick. Also, they guys and the main girl "fuse" their bodies together, which makes this one extra cool <3. Kinda like gender switching...? ^^;.
Imadoki
This one is by Wastase (she is my favorite mangaka), and it has a school setting. The main character starts a gardening club at her school; it has a lot of drama and romance. So cute <3.
Alice 19th
Another Watase, and my personal favorite manga of all time! The main character, Alice, has a popular older sister and likes the same guy as her sister (typical stuff, but still great). Her life is turned around when she saves a bunny from being run over; she turns out to be a Lotus Master (I believe that's what they are called... it's been 3 years since I've read the mangas, so my memory is a little fuzzy), and can use words that give her awesome powers. It is such an amazing story; I really wish it was made into an anime, but it never really became that popular. This one is also short with only 7 volumes.
